Due to the nature of our products (greeting cards, art prints, bookmarks), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blanero@outlook.com with a photo of the issue. We will do our best to find a solution.
